Walked over the last mountain pass today. 8 km up, and then 12 km fairly level with a sprinkling of steep ups. Tomorrow is an easy day 10 km mostly downhill. I ran into a Danish couple today and had lunch with them. When I met them 2 days ago the wife asked me why I was walking. I told her about I Ho, and she burst into tears, and couldn’t stop crying. Today she was so apologetic. I told her it touched my heart. We had a nice lunch. In two days I will join Miriam and Jim from home, and we will walk to Santiago together. I Ho would be very pleased.
